As a Project Engineer, you’ll lead a dedicated team to drive the engineering scope for high-end yacht projects, ensuring top-tier quality, precision, and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for scope, planning, and budget management, overseeing every stage of design, from the basic principles to the final 3D models and drawings. Your role is to ensure compliance with all technical standards, resolve complex challenges, and integrate the work of various disciplines to keep projects on track.

Your technical expertise will guide your team in achieving manufacturability, feasibility, and regulatory compliance, while continuously improving quality standards and innovation within the department. As a mentor, you’ll support colleagues’ development and oversee the quality of all project deliverables.
