As Commissioning Engineer Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for commissioning machines and installations for cocoa, chocolate and nut processing, on location of our (mainly international) customers. You provide the I/O check of the machine on-site, functional testing with software, do the start-up with the product and are responsible for adjusting the process according to established specifications. You are able to provide explanations and training about the installation to the end user and provide (remote) support to our customers where necessary. You share all information obtained from the customer about the installation, the process and any improvements with your colleagues so that we can continue to optimize our products and services.

You have the following knowledge and experience:
An HBO-level education in the direction of Industrial Automation (or similar) and you have at least 5 years of relevant international work experience. Reading and adjusting PLCs (Siemens) is no problem for you, knowledge of Allen Bradley is a plus. You have sound knowledge of industrial technical installations. You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written, so that you can also manage well abroad. Command of German and/or French is a bonus, but is not a requirement. And because we consider the safety of our colleagues to be of paramount importance, you have knowledge of safety, environmental, occupational health and safety and quality regulations.

In this role you will frequently be working abroad on location of our (worldwide) customers (+/- 75%). Of course everything for this is carefully prepared and arranged.
